Live for Today

We often get so caught up in our busy lives that we forget to live for the moment. Our lives are filled with work, school and priorities that we fail to take time to remember to enjoy the simple things. We forget to simply live.

The day of my accident I was so focused on making the Olympics that I forgot to just smile and enjoy the moment. Of course ideas having fun but I could have enjoyed the moment more, for it really could have and should have been my last.

I just hope that you take time each day to be thankful. Be thankful for what you have instead of wanting more. Slow your life down and just enjoy being in the moment. You will have a more fulfilled and happy life if you just take each day to be happy.

Don't be afraid to live to the fullest.
